Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours (3 business days) after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Note: If any unforeseen delays occur (e.g., backordered items, supplier delays), customers will be notified by email.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

The contiguous United States

Alaska and Hawaii (allow extra time for delivery)
We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping Restrictions

Some items may have shipping restrictions based on state laws (e.g., restricted goods such as certain health, beauty, or specialty products).

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchases comply with any local or state regulations.
(If a restriction applies, we will notify you and issue a refund for any undeliverable items.)
Sales Tax

An 8% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within the state of Texas, as required by Texas law.

Other states' taxes will be calculated at checkout if applicable based on state regulations.
Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Standard shipping delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days after the item leaves our warehouse.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your order directly through the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues

Wrong Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. We will assist if necessary but are not responsible for carrier errors.

Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement if applicable.
